This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled on www.getcalmivo.com. GetCalmivo is owned and operated by Verma & Group, a business entity managed by Deepak Verma.


  1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery


  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getcalmivo.com within 30 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days after approval

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service


  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.


  1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.


  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company

  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
